The South Korean tire manufacturer Kumho has joined forces with Europe’s leading tire logistics company Fiege to open a major new warehouse facility in Hamburg, Germany.
With an ideal location adjacent to Hamburg harbour, the warehouse will enable Kumho to supply stock to the majority of German tire dealers within just 24 hours, and will also cater to the needs of some of the company’s outlets in neighbouring Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria.
Under the terms of the arrangement, Fiege Logistics will be responsible for all the warehouse processes, as well as all aspects of tire handling. from the arrival of the product by container to delivery and shipment tracking.

The new facility will not only allow us to further expand our mainstream business activities but also serve the smaller dealerships from now on.”
